With a 50 passenger capacity the Dash 8 Series 300 has an increased length of 3.43 meters offering additional space for a larger, repositioned galley, additional wardrobe and dual air conditioning packs. The 315 models operated by the DAC Aviation Group are equipped with a Gravel Kit Supplement, which permits the aircraft to operate/land/take-off on gravel runways as well as rough terrain. The aircraft are equipped with an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) allowing for climate controls to operate while on the ground. This feature provides an increased level of comfort for passengers during any take-off delays.
