- Description
Our CRJ LR model offers a range of 1,700 nm (1,956 sm / 3,148 km), a maximum cruise speed capability of Mach 0.81 (464 kts / 534 mph / 860 kph), and cruise altitudes up to 41,000 feet. The two General Electric CF34-3B1 turbofan engines deliver a performance envelope comparable to that of a mainline jet.
The aircraft includes an on board water system, multiple galley (8 US gallons), hot ovens for meal preparation and a coffee brewer. These features allow us to deliver a jet style meal and beverage service to passengers on board every flight. The environmental control system uses 100% fresh air with no cabin air recirculation allowing for added passenger comfort.
The CRJ200 LR is also equipped with a Centralized Maintenance and Diagnostic Computer (MDC) designed for airline use. The 50 flight memory capacity tracks engine exceedance and trends, engine and APU life cycle data, avionics status, fault history and diagnostics. The recoded data is downloaded for review by the DAC maintenance team and allows for quick trouble shooting and maintenance planning. By maximizing the use of these monitoring features DAC is able to oversee the performance of the aircraft at all times and, through a robust maintenance program, to offer customers dispatch reliability and a reduction in operating costs. - Specifications
