The DAC Aviation Group has been a provider of air charter services for over 16 years, operating in areas such as Sudan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Zambia, Angola, Ethiopia and recently Afghanistan. Having started with a small fleet of DHC-5 Buffalos in 1993 DAC, through its subsidiary DAC Aviation International, now operates 13 aircraft. The fleet is composed of Dash 8 series 100, 200 and 300 aircraft, two Cessna Grand Caravans (208B) with the introduction of a Bombardier CRJ 200LR in 2009. Another Cessna along with two Piper PA-28s and a Piper Aztec are used for flight school training.
The DAC Group has always tailored all its operations to meet the demands of humanitarian and peacekeeping missions and to ensure that the highest level of safety is constantly upheld. Having worked with numerous international organizations expecting the highest level of quality from its flight operator, The DAC Aviation Group has placed much emphasis on providing a value added service that is both safe and reliable. The Wilson Airport headquarters in Nairobi Kenya house our management, support and maintenance staff. The 300 plus employees make up a team of highly qualified professionals trained to work in the most challenging of environments.
