Mr. Anassis began his commercial aviation career in 1984, and, since then has accumulated in excess of 18,000 hours of flight time on aircraft ranging from heavy jets to extreme STOL aircraft such as the DE Havilland Buffalo. His broad range of experience, from scheduled airline operations to critical airlift missions in war-torn countries, has helped transform DAC Aviation from a single aircraft operator with 4 employees to the highly diversified aviation company that it is today now employing nearly 400 staff in six countries. In addition to an Honor’s degree in Aviation Studies Mr. Anassis continues to maintain currency with his Airline Transport Pilot’s License.

Captain Warren Feschuk, a pioneer in the Dash-8 world has been with the DAC Group for over eight years. Warren has 20 years of experience in Dash-8 operations spanning from acceptance flying, test flying, delivery flying, training and line flying. Warren is a current member of the Bombardier Dash-8 Steering Committee on behalf of the DAC Group. His organisational skills and ability to pass on his in-depth experience to others continues to ensure crew training and flight safety at its highest level. Warren was appointed Chief Operating Officer in June 2009.

Alain Desrochers, President of DAC Aviation, joined the group in 2001. From 1980 until 2000, he served at the Canadian Department of National Defence Aerospace and Ordinance Engineering. He has successfully parlayed his extensive experience with the DHC-5 aircraft for DAC Aviation’s MRO business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Sandrine is responsible for managing all air charter services offered to humanitarian aid organizations operating in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). She ensures that each flight operated by DAC Aviation conforms to both local and international flight safety regulations as well as to customer mandated mission requirements. Sandrine is the official representative of DAC Aviation and its affiliated companies in DRC and Kenya and is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our customers, local authorities and other stakeholders in the region.
